Most Popular Services

Back & Shoulders – 30 mins – £45

Ideal for releasing tension in your neck, shoulders and upper back. A perfect choice when you don’t have time for a full session, or as regular maintenance to improve posture and reduce daily stress.

Full Body Massage – 60 mins – £65

A deeply relaxing treatment using slow, firm pressure. Many clients drift into sleep. Perfect “me time” to recharge and feel fully restored.

Deep Relaxation Massage – 90 mins – £95

90 minutes of uninterrupted, flowing massage with lavender oil, weighted eye mask and soothing music. This is the one clients describe as “blissful” – excellent for letting go of stress, anxiety and worry.

2-Hour Full Body Massage – 120 mins – £120

An extended version of the Deep Relaxation Massage with even more time for every area of your body. Many clients say this is when they feel they truly “come back to themselves.”

 

The Complete Surrender Massage - 180 mins - £200

Available by invitation only to existing clients

This extended 3-hour session is reserved for clients who have already built a foundation of trust with Michael through previous massages.

With the extra time, your body has space to become fully receptive, allowing a much deeper level of physical and emotional release. It is a profoundly relaxing, restorative experience designed to leave you in a state of complete calm and renewal.

Based in Burton Latimer (easy reach from Kettering and Wellingborough), sessions take place in The Pod – a calm, tranquil space designed for complete relaxation.

Michael holds a Diploma in Swedish Body Massage and Thai Seated Chair Massage. He tailors every session to your body’s unique needs, and the more regularly you see him, the more personal and transformative the work becomes.

Pleasure is a powerful gateway into the body’s rest and digest state, where true healing and restoration can unfold. There is no need to hold back or feel any shame, your body’s positive responses are respected as part of the healing journey.

Every specialised session is carried out with the highest respect for your privacy, boundaries, and comfort. Nothing is ever expected or rushed. Everything happens at your own pace, guided only by what feels right for you in each moment.

Each session is a gentle, non-scripted space created just for you, a place to soften, explore, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels natural, safe, and deeply nourishing.

Massage FAQs

 

What happens during a massage?
When you arrive, Michael will guide you to the massage room and explain the process step-by-step, ensuring you're comfortable with the techniques that will be used. If it's your first time, you'll complete a brief medical form for insurance purposes. Before starting, Michael will discuss any areas of tension or discomfort so he can tailor the session to meet your needs.

How early should I arrive for my massage?
New clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork and meet with Michael before the session begins. Returning clients can arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment.

Do I need to be completely undressed?
You should undress to the level that feels most comfortable for you. For a full body massage, many clients choose to undress completely, but it's perfectly fine to leave your underwear on if that’s your preference. Michael will work around your clothing as best as he can. He will step out of the room to give you privacy to undress and get comfortable on the table.

Will I be covered the entire time?
Yes, your modesty is always respected. Once you are on the table, Michael will ensure you are covered with a drape and will only uncover the part of your body he is working on. If he needs to access the abdomen, a second sheet will be used to cover the chest area, ensuring complete comfort and privacy.

Can I choose areas not to be massaged?
Absolutely. You are in control of your massage experience. If there are any areas you do not want massaged—whether it's due to sensitivity or personal preference—simply let Michael know during your pre-massage discussion. Your comfort is the top priority.

What should I do during the massage?
Make yourself as comfortable as possible. If adjustments need to be made to your position, Michael will guide you or ask you to adjust yourself. Many clients prefer to relax with their eyes closed, while others enjoy chatting. It's entirely up to you. Just remember, this is your time to unwind and enjoy the experience.

Can I talk during my session?
Yes, feel free to talk if you’d like to. Some clients find it relaxing to chat at the beginning of the session and then naturally drift into a quieter, more relaxed state as the massage progresses. If you feel too warm or cold, need the pressure adjusted, or if something doesn't feel quite right, don’t hesitate to speak up—your comfort is important.

Will the massage hurt?
Massage should never be painful. A deep tissue massage may involve some discomfort, but it should always stay within the "feels good" range. If the pressure feels too intense or uncomfortable, let Michael know, and he will adjust accordingly. Remember, pain can cause your muscles to tense up, which may reduce the effectiveness of the treatment. Always communicate with Michael so that the experience remains relaxing.

How often should I get a massage?
It really depends on your personal needs. For occasional relaxation, a session every 2-4 weeks may be sufficient. However, if you’re addressing specific muscular issues or conditions, more frequent sessions may be beneficial at first, followed by a maintenance schedule. Michael will be happy to discuss the best approach for your needs after your initial session.

How will I feel after my massage?
After your session, most clients feel deeply relaxed and may experience a noticeable reduction in aches and pains. Some people feel a bit slower for a short time but then notice a boost in energy, focus, and productivity that can last for days. If you received a deep massage, you might feel slightly sore the next day, similar to the sensation after a good workout. A warm shower or bath can help alleviate this.

Be sure to drink plenty of water after your massage to keep your muscles hydrated and aid the recovery process. Just a couple of extra glasses will help.
